Being a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, Tony also held or holds Board roles in agribusiness, events and tourism, accommodation and property management, manufacturing and distribution.

As a contributing Hamilton local, Tony is a member of The Waikato Chamber of Commerce, Waikato Business Awards Judge, Business Mentor and member of Waikato Sunrise Rotary.
