Stu has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The last 10 years, he set up and operated his own cafe in Christchurch, eventually selling in 2021.
Since Stu started his first job in hospitality, he has gained a significant amount of knowledge within the industry. He is excited to share this knowledge with prospective clients to get them the best result. He understands the finer points of running a business and the challenges that can arise on a daily basis. Stu enjoys understanding how each business operates and thrives to find efficiencies which may increase productivity and profit margins. He works closely with his clients to ensure their business is presented well. He does this while showing a level of empathy, reducing the stress at such a significant time for the client.
With a young family, Stu still enjoys getting out and about when he can. Whether it's a fishing trip, sailing or skiing in the winter months, he is always keen on the next adventure.
