Before ABC, Guy was a currency and interest rate trader for investment banks based in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney for 17 years. He managed the risks for the banks and maintained and developed relationships with their key institutional client bases. Guy also advised the institutional counterparties to help them to identify and take advantage of investment opportunities, and manage the risk which resulted.
Before spending time offshore, Guy was raised in Hawkes Bay before attending Otago University. Recently Guy returned from Singapore and is now based back in Hawkes Bay with his family. With Guy's experience in identifying and supporting investment opportunities for foreign investors and his investment banking background, he is well placed to support companies and businesses to raise capital or transition to new ownership.
