Gerard Dunne

Gerard joined ABC in 2014 after a long career in business, now spanning 35 years. Gerard’s commercial background includes many years with an oil multinational, acquisition and expansion of his own specialised construction and maintenance business, and varied contracting and consulting roles for both private and public sector clients.  In doing so he has combined a strong strategic sense with engagement in all facets of business management, and first-hand experience of the operational nitty gritty.

Accordingly, Gerard advises and represents clients across the gambit of commercial, industrial and retail enterprise, and operating across all sales channels. He has sold many businesses including successful completion of complex multi-million dollar transactions, and has twice secured ABC’s coveted Trusted Advisor of The Year Award. He combines his understanding of business drivers with natural facilitation and negotiation skills, and highest integrity, to the important work of achieving best value for his clients.

Gerard now lives in the beautiful wine village of Martinborough. He continues to represent clients across Greater Wellington, the Wairarapa, and beyond.

Gerard is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Salesperson.
