Craig Stevens

Craig joined ABC Auckland after 25 years of owning, operating, and selling multiple retail stores. During this time, he earned awards from the Franchise Company, from suppliers and from landlords and more importantly having many appreciative, regular customers. Craigs experience includes lease, supplier, and franchise company negotiations as well as the complex task of managing a team of up to 30 people. Craig has also experienced some challenging times where changing economic circumstances ending in a business failing, with the associated hard financial and personal lessons.

Craig works closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements and seek ways to maximise their return for possibly years of hard work, long hours, optimism, stress, and sacrifice.

Craig has teamed up with two very experienced brokers, Lester De Vere, and Richard Stevens (un-related), their biographies speak for themselves.
