 Craig's business career began after earning an MSc from the University of Auckland, equipping him with a methodical and scientific approach to business. With 25 years of experience owning, operating, and selling multiple retail stores, he has received numerous awards from the Franchise Company, suppliers, and landlords—all while building a loyal customer base.

His expertise spans rental, supplier, and franchise negotiations, along with managing teams of up to 30 people. Having navigated both strong and challenging economic conditions, Craig has gained invaluable real-world business insights.
