It has a proven track record of repeat business and long-term relationships with these clients which ranges from those with regular, ongoing work to those who only engage with the firm as and when the need arises.
The firm's client base includes 5000 payer entities with approximately 475 active clients per annum.
Sale of the client base is anticipated but sale of the firm as a Going Concern may be considered on a case by case basis.
Sale of the going concern would involve including taking on a new lease of the premises if required (277m2 offices), employing some or all of the existing team of four, and acquiring the client base along with fixtures and fittings.
