Now established, after 18 months Grind Cafe is up for sale.
The building is gorgeous and the cafe is kitted out with lovely, unique furniture, not your normal run of the mill cafe style at all. With good sized verandas and paved areas at the front, Grind can cater for around 65 people with room to lift that to 100 for special functions.
The addition of a roof over the verandas and drop down curtains means inclement weather is not an issue and patio heaters ensure the customers are always cosy, even on the coldest days.
The well laid out, large kitchen, complete with a walk-in chiller, ensures there is plenty of room for you or your chef to create your own bit of magic to wow your customers.
Currently Grind has a liquor license but if this is not your cup of tea, then the 'kegorator' can just be unplugged and wheeled away and then replaced by an ordinary fridge or cabinet.
What a delight and privilege to be able to work in a 'grand old lady' like the building that houses Grind, believed to date back to the 1860's. All that history and beauty plus a cafe as well!
